As a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), I help people move better, eliminate pain, and build a stronger, more functional body — at any age.

What is Corrective Exercise? Most people exercise — but many exercise with poor movement patterns they've carried for years. These imbalances lead to pain, injury, and performance limitations.
Corrective exercise uses a systematic approach to:
  • Identify movement compensations and muscular imbalances
  • Release overactive muscles through self-myofascial rolling
  • Lengthen shortened muscles through targeted stretching
  • Activate underactive muscles to restore proper function
  • Integrate improved movement into daily activities and exercise
